Do you have an allergens list?
Yes please see the Allergen tab on home page which has a full list of ingredients and allergens for all products.

What are your delivery fees and where do you deliver to?
£4.45 using Royal Mail standard 1st class service to UK mainland addresses. (Royal Mail price increased from 04 April 2022) 

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
I’m afraid I am unable to deliver an individual order to multiple addresses, for multiple addresses please place orders separately.

What are your bake days?
My bake days are Mondays – Fridays

When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of being baked. I use Royal Mail standard 1st class service to post orders which Royal mail aim to deliver on the following working day (including Saturdays), but please note they do not guarantee next day delivery! 

Can I add a gift message?
Yes you can add a personalised gift message once you’ve proceeded to checkout.(max 200 characters) Please add your message in the Order notes.

Where are you based?
I am based in my home kitchen in Holmfirth, Last of the Summer Wine Country!

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and Debit Card payment methods are accepted, also Google Pay and Apple Pay and Paypal.  

How do I store my brownies/blondies and how long will they keep? 
Brownies are best enjoyed within 10 days once opened and stored in a sealed airtight container to retain freshness, or if you can’t wait that long savour immediately!
Blondies are best enjoyed within 7 days once opened and stored in a sealed airtight container to retain freshness,  or if you can’t wait that long devour immediately!

What size are my brownies/blondies?
Tray size is 22 x 22cm cut into x9 generous portions, each portion is approx. 6 x 6 cm (unless otherwise stated on individual product descriptions). For tray bake weights please view individual product descriptions on shop page as weights vary.

What packaging do you use?
Greaseproof & baking paper – FSC cert (mix board from responsible sources) & 100% recyclable. 
Cellophane Wrap – made from non toxic & odorless material and is 100% food grade safe. Shredded paper – natural shredded kraft paper made from 100% recycled material and is 100% recyclable FSC cert.
Postal Boxes – These products contain approx 80% recycled material and are 100% recyclable, reusable & biodegradable.
Triplast brown eco kraft paper – ECO RANGE – 100% Recycled Paper – Also Fully Recyclable & Biodegradable.
